PB&J tip
Spread peanut butter with a knife, even if you can shave with that same knife. It works so much better than a spoon.

Wow...that's interesting advice. I'll keep that in mind for both pb&j...and shaving...I think.
You've got some thick peanut butter if it takes a Kifeman-sharp knife to spread. Say the word and I'll send you some good old-fashioned squished in the US of A JIF.

It doesn't take a sharp knife, it just requires that you not try to spread it around with something that's rond. Such as a spoon. Though I wouldn't complain if you wanted to send me food. The first thing I want to eat when I get back to the States is pizza. I will go down to Pizza Hut, order a large pepperoni pizza, and scarf the entire thing.
... Assuming my stomach can still take something the size of a slice of pizza by then.
