And I don't watch the news here, just like I don't watch it in the States. I let news filter through other people, then read up on anything that sounds interesting.
I don't watch the news much either, but when earthquakes or tremors happen where I am, I look up info on geological sites about them. Earthquakes fascinate me...at least the ones that aren't life-threatening and stuff like that.
