Fireworks, hopefully
Read a book (in English, unfortunately) today, so nothing interesting for you, but...
One of my friends (Ana!) has discovered that there will be a fireworks show tomorrow. Gonna bring me tripod along and see if I can't get some decent shots.

Fireworks pictures! Cool...I want to see how they turn out! I actually took some this year that were ok, but I need to work on taking pictures like that. Good luck! Can't wait to see the results!
Fireworks, eh? Well, they've been making them long enough, should be a darn good show, I'd think.
What is the fireworks occasion?
It was a pretty good show. A couple of times, they managed to cover an entire hemisphere of view with fire. They had Hello Kitty fireworks, Doraemon fireworks (so I hear - didn't see any myself), and some other character I couldn't identify.
I have no idea why they decided to set off fireworks. This was a multi-million-dollar show, though, and there were a lot of people. I have a generic throng picture I'll get up after breakfast with the rest of the post.
